Promotional CGI video of the new riverside residential development – M68. For this project we wanted to create a nice 'reveal' intro for the start of sales event. Taking inspiration from theatrical stages and auto shows, we decided to play with light beams and add dynamics to otherwise static brick-and-mortar. The project itself is a perfect combination of delicate residential architecture and meticulous landscaping, which we wanted to emphasise in the video.
