700K – office and retail building located in the downtown of Washington, DC, featuring world-class workspaces and amenities. ISL reached us to help with 3D visuals for the website launch.

The location being the most important feature of the project, it was a priority for the 3D animation. So we built most of the surrounding city in 3D. This gave us the ability to use any approach angle without using a copter. The street level was an important part of that too, including pedestrian Anthem Row views. Short 3D animation gave potential tenants a clear idea of the location, leasing options and panoramic views.
